Kate MacDonald
Kate MacDonald was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2009 and is the principal of KMD Law & Advisory. She specializes in civil litigation, corporate law, and property law, bringing a wealth of experience to her clients.
With a strong background in complex litigation, Kate has successfully navigated cases primarily in the Supreme and Federal Courts, while also handling matters across all levels of the judicial system. Her extensive experience encompasses a diverse range of civil litigation, property disputes, corporations and contractual law issues. Kate provides tailored legal advice to a vast clientele, including individuals and corporations, as well as entrepreneurs, family offices, investment firms, property developers, property investors, and other high net worth individuals.
Kate maintains a robust network of esteemed professionals, including barristers, accountants and financial advisors, and forensic expert witnesses, ensuring her clients receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs.

Madison joined KMD Law and Advisory in mid-2024, providing legal admin support to the solicitor director Kate MacDonald. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Law Bachelor of Business at the University of Technology Sydney. Madison’s exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail helps streamline processes from litigation document management in complex Supreme Court Cases to office administration and staff and client travel.
Her ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate client and court schedules, and support legal matters has made her an invaluable asset to the team, allowing the office to operate at its highest capacity and maintain an exceptional standard of service for clients.
